Ice Storm 2007
We’re on day 3 of being stuck in the house because of an ice storm. Can you say cabin fever? The picture above shows some bushes out front that are covered in ice. Truthfully this ice storm hasn’t been as bad as ones in the past. We’ve not lost power or water this time…although it hasn’t gotten above 61 degrees in the house, unless you’re sitting directly in front of one of our space heaters….I’m tired of being cold! My luxury each day is taking a hot shower, so that I can be warm for 10 whole minutes. The kids have been terrific. I am forever grateful for Nintendo Gamecube and the Disney Channel! Well, gotta run make some cocoa…bye!
