Merry Christmas 2007
Dear
Family and Friends,
We hope you've had a terrific year! We've been busy as usual. We spent Spring Break with Van's hero, Dontrelle Willis, at Marlin's Spring Training in Florida. While in Florida, we spent some time at Marineland, and Carlianne had a wish come true by getting to interact with a dolphin. This year was particularly special as we celebrated Mom and Dad's 50th wedding anniversary. We had a special party in Greenwood, IN on July 1st, and I know many of you joined us either in person or in spirit. You can view the 15-minute slideshow that was presented to them if you scroll down on this page.
Carlianne is in 7th grade and enjoys dance, listening to her Zune, and playing video games. Van is in 3rd grade and plays baseball, football, and basketball -- sometimes all in the same day! Mike keeps busy as coach or assistant coach for all of Van's teams. Joyce got a promotion at IBM and now leads innovative programs in the Lotus Information Development organization. As usual, we're headed to Maryland to spend Christmas with Mike's mom, so we may see a white Christmas! Brad and his family are in Dubai for Christmas as Brad looks for new career opportunities. Please keep Dad in your prayers as he continues rigorous chemotherapy for the melanoma that spread to his lung.
