Work
As community and program manager for IBM’s Lotus Information Development center, I’m responsible for building community among our internal and external stakeholders in order to drive participation and contributions to our technical content. I’ve been with Lotus since 1993. I spent 13 years in the Technical Support organization in various roles, including support analyst, people manager, and project manager. I’ve been in the Development organization for 3 years and immediately prior to joining the Information Development team, I served as the first community manager for Lotus Greenhouse.
